REIC Rentals is hiring a safety- and customer-driven Traveling Commercial HVAC Service Technician to serve as a trusted technical expert responsible for keeping our high‑performance rental fleet operating at peak efficiency. From heating and cooling to dehumidification, ventilation, and environmental control equipment, your work ensures our equipment is safe, reliable, and always customer‑ready — both in the shop and at customer sites.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday; weekends as needed;

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC rental equipment in the shop and at customer job sites
• Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Provide hands‑on customer support and basic equipment operation training
• Document service work thoroughly using modern service management systems
• Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime demands
• Maintain a strong safety focus on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations

• 3+ years of technical experience in HVAC, equipment service, field maintenance, or related work
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated safety-first mindset in shop and field environments
• Clear, professional communication skills with customers and teammates
• EPA Universal Certification and 3-5 years of HVAC/R experience strongly preferred
• Clean driving record and minimum age of 21
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites
• Flexibility to handle changing daily priorities and seasonal overtime
