Billings​/Laurel, MT Install Technician

Job Overview

Our Billings Culligan dealership (located in Laurel) is actively seeking a Service Technician who will install, service, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment. The role includes paid training and development, and requires a strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent customer service skills.

• Represent Culligan professionally within the community, ensuring a safe and positive image.
• Service, install, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
• Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
• Promote and sell various Culligan products and services.

• Mechanical aptitude and superior problem‑solving skills.
• High motivation to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Preferred: 1 year of prior plumbing and/or water conditioning service/installation experience.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently with critical thinking.
• Capability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding conditions (ability to move products weighing up to 185 lb).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer‑focused position.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical exam.

4‑day workweek, typically from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
