Culligan of Billings (located in Laurel) is looking for a Commercial Service Technician to join our team! In this position, you will service, install, and repair commercial and industrial water treatment equipment. You will be on the move throughout the day and use your strong problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

Our Service Technicians are a fundamental part of our dealership’s success, providing face‑to‑face customer service to existing and prospective customers while serving as the face of the Culligan brand in the community. They also communicate vital customer information to other dealership departments.
What do you need to be our next Service Technician?- 1 year of previous experience in commercial/industrial water treatment or 3–5 years of experience in the electrical or plumbing industry.
- Mechanical inclination and problem‑solving skills.
- High motivation to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently; critical thinking is a must.
- Ability to work under deadlines and physically demanding conditions (ability to move product up to 185 lbs).
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Safe driving record.
- Must pass DOT physical exam.
- Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner.
- Service, install, and repair commercial and industrial water treatment equipment.
- Go above and beyond to meet customers’ needs.
- Promote and sell other Culligan products and services.
- Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shift within the hours of 6 AM‑6 PM (may exceed 8 hours on some days).
- Overnight travel may be required.
Applicants will be subject to a pre‑employment background check, drug screening, and DOT physical upon offer of employment.
