As a Turn Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping our property in excellent condition. You will oversee apartment work orders and turnovers, ensuring every task is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. From maintaining and repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC, to assisting with the upkeep of common areas and property buildings, you will be hands‑on in every aspect of property maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing apartment work orders and turnovers to prepare units for new residents
• Conducting repairs and maintenance on appliances
  , HVAC
  , plumbing
  , and electrical systems
• Maintaining common areas and property buildings to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure everything functions properly and stays in top condition
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing maintenance requests with a positive attitude
• Managing daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshooting unexpected issues, making each day unique and engaging

No two days will be the same, and you'll take pride in knowing you're improving the lives of residents by ensuring their homes are well‑maintained and comfortable.

• 1+ year of experience in maintenance or a similar field (residential community experience preferred)
• CFC & HVAC certification (preferred)
• Experience or training in plumbing
  , electrical
  , and general apartment maintenance
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for solving problems effectively
