Southern Health Partners has been a leader in correctional healthcare for more than 30 years, and we're looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team at the Laurens County Detention Center.

What You'll Do- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status
- Complete nursing assessments and document care accurately
- Assist with emergency response and urgent medical situations
- Collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals
- Educate patients on medications and treatment plans
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment
- Current, unrestricted South Carolina LPN license
- Minimum of one year of LPN experience required
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment, medication administration, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
