Looking for a nursing role that gives you a consistent weekday schedule while still allowing you to make a meaningful impact? Southern Health Partners is hiring a Full-Time RN or LPN Medical Team Administrator at the Laurens County Detention Center.

This is an opportunity to bring your clinical experience, organization, and leadership skills into a unique healthcare environment while helping ensure quality medical care is provided to those in our care.

• Help oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the medical department
• Provide and support quality patient care within the facility
• Assist with maintaining clinical standards, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Support documentation, compliance, and healthcare coordination
• Serve as a dependable clinical resource for the medical team
• Work in a structured, secure environment where your nursing expertise makes a difference

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of South Carolina
• Nursing experience required; correctional healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
• Compassionate, professional approach to patient care
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following facility policies
