Martha Franks Retirement Community, the only Southern Baptist affiliated retirement community in the piedmont region of SC, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a Nursing Assistant at Martha Franks, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, while fostering a culture of warmth and inclusivity.

As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality care to our residents, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assisting with mealtime and feeding patients as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

• Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
• Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration
