Position: (USA) Area Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, HMSC)

Position Summary:

You will manage an area of responsibility, communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling while ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.

What You’ll Do

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for your area by setting goals, managing staffing, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility objectives. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics, policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring compliance, and supporting documentation.

Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns, consult with others to determine corrective actions or recommendations to resolve issues. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, giving feedback, teaching, modeling logistics policies and procedures, identifying training and development needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 – $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock.
