We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator with hands‑on experience operating a skid steer and front‑end loader. You'll play a key role in supporting site operations, material handling, and general equipment work across active job sites.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Operate skid steer and front‑end loader safely and efficiently
- Load, move, and transport materials as directed
- Perform pre‑operation equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow site safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and site conditions
- Perform other equipment operation and general labor duties as assigned
- Proven experience operating a skid steer and front‑end loader
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and equipment operation best practices
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Additional heavy equipment operation experience
- Valid driver's license
