Job Type – Full Time
Typical Procedures/CasesEpidural Steroid Injections (Cervical, Lumbar and Thoracic), FACET Joint Injections, Medial Branch Blocks, Radio Frequency Ablations, Joint Injections, Stellate Ganglion Blocks, Lumbar Sympathetic Blocks
Duties- New/Existing Patient exams and consultations
- Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
- Chart Reviews
- Documentation-timely and accurate
- Collaboration/Referral with colleagues, supportive staff, and patients
- Short Term/Long Term Disability

Job Requirements- Physician Board Certified in Pain Management or PM&R
