Hospice & Palliative Care Medical Director Opportunity in North Carolina Full time Laurinburg, NC Position Overview
• Serve as Medical Director for Hospice and Palliative Care
• Provide professional expertise as a member of the Hospice and Palliative Care Leadership team
• Oversee and supervise all medical aspects of the Hospice and Palliative Care program
• Act as consultant and advisor to the Board of Trustees
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and leadership of Inpatient and Homecare Services
• Work alongside the interdisciplinary hospice team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care
• Participate in community education and growth strategy initiatives
• Report to the Executive Director with oversight by the Chief Medical Officer Qualifications
• Board Certification in Hospice & Palliative Care preferred
• Willingness to obtain Hospice Medical Director certification if not already certified
• Open to newly graduating residents and experienced physicians
