• Local Policy: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at $10/hr less bill rate; must indicate at time of submission if candidate is local

• Optionally create an ER prescreen checklist, draft a submission summary template, or prepare a candidate message outlining cert + weekend expectations before submission
