Schedule

Day shifts, 4x10-Hour schedule (06:30 - 17:00), with call rotation. On-call once a week and two possible weekend call shifts.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) position requires expertise in surgical services, specifically with experience in C-sections and trauma care. The role involves caring for a variety of patients and performing endoscopic and general surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Manage patient care in the operating room environment.
• Monitor patients during pre, intra, and post-operative phases.
• Participate in call rotation and handle emergency situations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2.5 years of nursing experience required; 4 years preferred.
• Experience in trauma and gunshot wound care is mandatory.
• Must have previous charge experience.
• Certifications:
  
  CNOR, ACLS, BLS, PALS.
• EPIC charting system experience required.
• Valid State or Compact License required at time of submission.
