Schedule:

4x10 day shifts with weekly call rotation; one call weekend per 13-week assignment (Saturday/Sunday)
Highlights:
Busy rural hospital with 5 operating rooms running until 3pm, then 3 rooms until 5pm
Diverse case mix including general surgery, OB/GYN with C-sections, orthopedics (total joints), pediatric orthopedics, ophthalmology, vascular, urology, and pulmonology
State-of-the-art Mako robotic technology for enhanced surgical precision
Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
Patient population includes all age groups from infants to geriatrics
40-hour orientation provided; one period of pre-approved time off available
Requirements:
Current RN license (state or compact) required
Minimum 2.5–3 years of OR experience required; 4 years preferred
Previous travel nursing experience required (first-time travelers will not be considered)
C-section experience required
Trauma and gunshot wound experience required
Epic EMR experience required

Certifications:

CNOR, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Broad general OR experience across multiple specialties required
COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Candidates must reside 50+ miles from facility (local applicants considered at adjusted rate)
