Schedule:
Evening Shift 11:00am-7:30pm
Reports To:
Senior Director of Surgical Services
Job Summary:
Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift. Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high-quality patient care. Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance. Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Current North Carolina or Multistate RN licensurerequired. ActiveBLS certification. ACLS Required CNOR Preferred Proven experience in Surgical Services. Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational,communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in computer system sand healthcare technologies.
