Our Corporate Risk and Broking team with flexible prime working locations in Geneva and Lausanne is looking for an Account Director (m/f/d). Reference number .

• Implementing and refining client service delivery, including comprehensive discussions on risk and retention strategies
• Representing the voice of the client internally and within the teams when decisions are made regarding process, approach and future strategy
• Leveraging best practice from across WTW to deploy within the team
• Building and maintaining robust relationships with insurers to maximise client outcomes
• Participation in business development activities and supporting RFP processes
• Promote the unique WTW Risk & Analytics capabilities
• Fostering global collaboration and communication within the WTW network

• Extensive and proven experience in the insurance and/or brokerage industry
• In-depth knowledge of all non‑life corporate insurance sectors
• FINMA‑registered insurance intermediary
• Customer‑focused with a high commitment to service excellence
• Structured, efficient, and solution‑driven work approach
• Independent, reliable, and ambitious, with strong team and communication skills
• Fluency in English and French is key; additional language skills are an asset
