- develop and continuously update all relevant concepts, guidelines, policies, and manuals for your area of expertise
- establish and ensure control processes are in place
- take on additional tasks as agreed with the department head, especially active involvement in projects and support in cross-departmental organizational matters, including the co-development of new products

To support our Sales Commercial Cards department, we are looking for a solution‑oriented, pragmatic, and innovative personality with extensive experience in the banking sector to manage the Suisse Romande business area. Your work location will be either Geneva or Lausanne, depending on your area of responsibility. Additionally, you will be required to attend in‑person meetings in Zurich Glattbrugg once a month, or at most every two weeks.

- degree in business administration with at least six years of professional experience in the sales area of the banking sector
- a dynamic sales personality with strong assertiveness, a high level of customer and quality orientation, and a passion for delivering excellent client experiences and professional services
- strong analytical and conceptual skills, a pronounced understanding of risk management, and an independent, structured, and goal‑oriented working style
- high resilience and motivation, combined with a solid understanding of business processes
- fluent knowledge of French (native level) and good knowledge of German and English
- proficient in the use of standard MS Office applications
