Senior Operation Architect; FR​/GER​/ENG

• Design operational models based on the requirements of major clients, utilizing the Swisscom Best‑Practice Framework for Service Management.
• Participate in the offer phase when Service Operations Management requirements exceed Swisscom standards.
• Develop, design and implement the overall operational solution for complex requirements as part of the bid process.
• Occasionally implement solutions that were developed in the Service Management sub‑project.
• Present concepts and operational performances to clients and internal management with confidence.
• Act as the liaison between sales, Solution Architects (Technical Responsibility), and the Operations and Service Management organizations.
• Represent Service Management and Operations during the offer phase.
• Continuously optimise operational models based on experiences gathered from implementation projects.
• Engage regularly with customers, Operational Units, Solution Architects, Process Owners and other Operation Architects.

• University or Applied Sciences degree in Business Administration and/or Business Informatics.
• Several years of professional experience with ITIL process knowledge and understanding of business‑related contexts.
• Extensive know‑how in ICT solutions, product portfolio and associated processes.
• Experience executing highly complex projects that involve processes, tools, organisation and service levels for major clients.
• Strong skills in process analysis, design and engineering.
• Goal‑oriented, customer‑focused, entrepreneurial mindset and behaviour.
• Flexible, reliable and autonomous working style with excellent communication skills at all management levels.
• Working proficiency in German, English and French.
