Le candidat idéal détient un CFC d'employé(e) de commerce, possèdera un Brevet fédéral en gérance d'immeubles, et justifiera de 4–5 ans d'expérience en PPE, avec de solides connaissances en droit du bail, droit PPE, MS-Office et cadre juridique (CO/CC/LP).
