• Analyze market conditions, competitors and emerging opportunities to develop growth strategies.
• Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration to advance growth initiatives, including new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams to increase company profitability.
• Collaborate with country market leaders to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, customer behaviors and industry trends.
• Provide thought leadership input into WSP France's broader commercial initiatives.

• Degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree would be highly valued.
• Native French speaker with proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Experience in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing growth, complex initiatives, and developing commercially robust major project proposals is essential.
• Willingness to travel to France as required.
