Company Description
Cigno AI is building an AI-native core consulting system that augments management consultants in delivering faster, deeper, and sharper work across Strategy, M&A, Technology, Operations, and Data projects. The platform combines specialized AI agents and workflows, hundreds of consulting frameworks, and curated data sources to produce client-ready, fully sourced, and auditable outputs while keeping consultants in control. Cigno enables consulting firms to embed their own methodologies, knowledge bases, and visual identity, allowing them to productize their IP, standardize quality, and scale delivery on dedicated, sovereign instances hosted in Europe.
The company has been co-designed with senior partners from leading global firms, and European mid-market consultancies, supported by a board and advisors with backgrounds at Bain, DLA Piper, Swissquote, and more. Cigno is driven by the conviction that AI should elevate, not replace, human insight, judgment, and trust, ushering in a new golden age for consulting.
This is a full-time internship role focused on AI workflows for consulting. The intern will work closely with product and engineering teams to design, test, and refine AI-driven workflows that support consulting use cases across strategy, due diligence, technology, operations, and data analytics. Day-to-day tasks may include mapping consulting processes into AI workflows, building and documenting prototype workflows, validating outputs against consulting standards, and collaborating with domain experts to improve quality and reliability.
The role involves researching consulting frameworks and data sources, translating them into structured, machine-usable components, and iterating based on feedback from internal and external users. The intern will also contribute to preparing client-ready demos, workflow documentation, and knowledge base materials that help consulting teams adopt Cigno’s AI-native system.
