We are looking for a Sr Manager Performance Delivery & Governance, who will be responsible for shaping and driving the organization's strategic direction, ensuring alignment from strategy development through to execution. This role will lead the functional strategy cycle, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans using frameworks such as OGSM, while guiding leadership through key strategic questions and facilitating functional stakeholders alignment.

The position focuses on identifying growth opportunities, driving business model innovation, and enabling cross-functional initiatives. It will provide insight through in-depth market, industry, and competitor analysis, as well as evaluate strategic opportunities.

This role plays a key role in long-term planning by monitoring business trends, delivering strategic insights, and supporting investment allocation and investment decisions. Additionally, the role oversees strategy execution, performance tracking, cost and budget excellence and the development of scaled competitive intelligence capabilities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead and oversee multiple work streams contributing to the development of strategic plans, operating with minimal guidance
  • Lead by example in the implementation of digital initiatives, AI adoption and guiding change management
  • Apply advanced business modelling and quantitative analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify value creation opportunities
  • Ensure projects and programs are managed effectively, coordinating stakeholders and orchestrating delivery to achieve defined business outcomes
  • Identify and prioritize key value drivers, ensuring alignment across the organization as well as x-functionally to maximize impact
  • Develop high-quality strategic hypotheses with limited guidance, supporting clear and insight-led direction setting
  • Structure and define strategic problems using robust methodologies to enable effective analysis and solution development
Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar
  • Certifications (nice to have):
    • Project/Program management (PMP, PRINCE2)
    • Strategy / analytics / finance-related credentials
Experience Required Strategic & Leadership Experience
  • 8-12+ years in Strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles
  • Experience developing and executing business strategy, not just supporting it
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and decision-making
Performance & Governance
  • Experience in Driving performance frameworks (OKRs, OGSM, Balanced Scorecard) and governance structures, reporting, and decision forums
  • Track record of tracking KPIs and ensuring accountability across teams
Cross-functional & Program Leadership
  • Leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives
  • Managing stakeholders across functions (finance, operations, tech, etc.)
  • Experience delivering large transformation or change programs
Analytics & Commercial Insight
  • Strong background in:
    • Business modelling and financial analysis
    • Evaluating growth opportunities and investment decisions
  • Experience with:
    • Market analysis, competitor intelligence, and trend forecasting
