Vous assurez la mise en œuvre de la stratégie et veillez à optimiser les prestations et leur rentabilité.
Vous avez au moins 5 années d'expérience en relation client BtoB dans un cadre technique ou industriel, et vous maîtrisez MS Office, SAP et CRM.
