Audio Visual Producer

Our client Philip Morris (PMI) is looking for an Audiovisual Producer for a 6‑month position (extendable). As an Audiovisual Producer, you will lead the creative development and execution of high‑impact audiovisual content s role focuses on artistic direction, storytelling, and hands‑on production of live and pre‑recorded media. You'll collaborate with creative teams, operate professional‑grade equipment, and ensure cinematic quality across all deliverables.

Ideal candidates bring strong production experience, creative vision, and fluency in post‑production tools.

• Develop and produce standalone video productions and multi‑cam live setups.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and script content.
• Ensure the creative vision aligns with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Operate camera, sound, lighting, and VFX tools during production.
• Manage production schedules, crews, and deadlines.
• Liaise with on‑air talent and internal stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Stay current with trends in cinematic production and visual aesthetics.
• Recommend creative tools and AI solutions to enhance production quality.
• Upskill team members in cinematic production techniques.

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in live TV and creative video production.
• Strong proficiency in videography, sound, lighting, and post‑production workflows.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Blackmagic Resolve.
• Clear accountability in conceptualizing and executing cinematic productions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English;
  French proficiency is a plus.

• Brêvet Fédéral in AV production or equivalent.
• Degree in technical/creative video production.

Comment:
Travel required to Neuchâtel once a month.
