Le Royal Savoy Hôtel & Spa Lausanne recrute un Maître d’hôtel Brasserie en CDI à 100%.
Vous encadrerez et formerez les Chefs de Rang et stagiaires, transmettrez les standards LQA et assurerez l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs. Vous assurerez l’accueil des clients et gérerez les situations délicates, veillerez à la fluidité du service et superviserez la mise en place des salles et buffets selon les standards en vigueur.
