Le Royal-Savoy Lausanne recrute un/une Chef(fe) de Rang et Barman en CDI 100%. En tant que chef de rang et barman, vous assurez la mise en place, le service et le conseil client dans un établissement 5 étoiles.
Vous maîtriserez les menus et les boissons, veillerez au respect des standards LQA et superviserez les commis de rang, tout en manipulant l’encaissement. Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais exigée; une troisième langue est un atout.
