Vous dirigerez 4 départements et une cinquantaine de collaborateurs, développerez les budgets et les stratégies éventuelles, et assurerez la cohérence opérationnelle et financière sur l’ensemble des points de vente, du restaurant Brasserie au Sky Lounge.
