Le Groupe Sandoz Foundation Hotels recherche un.e chef de partie ou commis expérimenté.e pour l’Hôtel Palafitte. Vous travaillerez dans un cadre gastronomique haut de gamme et assurerez la préparation et la cuisson des mets selon nos standards.
Vous supervisez l’organisation de votre partie, gérez les stocks, garantissez le service fluide au déjeuner et au dîner, et veillez à l’hygiène et à la sécurité. Permis de travail suisse requis; hébergement temporaire possible.
