L’EHL à Lausanne recherche un professionnel passionné par l’hôtellerie et la pâtisserie pour rejoindre le Berceau des Sens et le département School of Practical Arts. Vous contribuerez à la formation des étudiants en cuisine, service et gestion hôtelière, tout en alliant excellence opérationnelle et pédagogie.
Vous superviserez la production de desserts, dirigerez des ateliers étudiants, gérerez les commandes et les stocks et appliquerez les normes HACCP.
