La Ville de Lausanne recherche un.e directeur.trice à 80% pour le Centre de vie enfantine de l'Ancien-Stand, un lieu d'accueil petite enfance de 66 places.
Vous dirigerez une équipe d'environ 27 personnes, assurerez la gestion administrative et le budget, et coordonnerez les actions avec les partenaires du quartier.
Profil: diplôme dans le domaine de l'enfance ou CAS/DAS en gestion d'équipe et leadership, expérience avérée et sens du dialogue.
