- Lead working groups across various departments to enhance teamwork.
- Conduct audits and update best practices in health communication.
- Master's degree or equivalent in relevant fields; project management experience is a plus.
- Strong mastery of CMS tools like Word Press and analytics software.
- Fluency in French with good English;
German is an advantage.
- Organize and ensure project follow-up: plan activities, monitor the schedule and achievement of objectives, manage risks and propose corrective measures.
- Organize and lead working groups including representatives from different concerned departments and services.
- Ensure reporting: presentations during internal and external meetings, summaries and final report.
- Conduct an audit of communication in health promotion and prevention (activities carried out, materials used, results obtained, needs, etc.).
- Update a summary of best practices (literature review, analysis of Swiss or similar campaigns, innovations in communication and social marketing).
- Identify and analyze relevant strategies and channels to communicate with different audiences (social networks, media, podcasts, etc.), evaluating their advantages, risks, equity issues, and costs.
- Conduct a SWOT analysis and propose development directions.
- Develop, with the concerned departments and persons, a multi-year communication strategy (2026–2030): prioritization of thematic areas, target audiences, and measurable objectives.
- Develop one or two multi-thematic communication plans from 2026/2027 (themes, audiences, strategies, channels, schedule).
- Define monitoring indicators (KPIs) and data to be collected.
- University master’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., communication, marketing, social sciences, public health); additional training in communication sciences and/or social marketing is desirable.
- Training in project management is an asset.
- At least 5 years of experience in communication or social marketing, including conducting audits. Experience in the health field or a related sector as well as in project management is an advantage.
- Excellent mastery of CMS (Word Press, Drupal) and social media management tools as well as data analysis (Analytics).
- Excellent command of French, good knowledge of English. German is an asset.
