Un hôtel de renommée à Lausanne recherche un Responsable pâtissier pour une position permanente à 100%. Vous serez en charge de la production artisanale, de la création de la carte des desserts et du respect des normes d'hygiène. Une maîtrise des techniques de pâtisserie et un diplôme CFC Pâtissier sont requis. Le travail commence immédiatement avec des horaires de 7:30 à 16:00 et peut inclure des jours fériés.

Environnement de travail en laboratoire et vente directe si nécessaire.
