AMAG Lausanne recherche un(e) Conseiller service après-vente mécanique (F/H) à 100% pour assurer le suivi client, du rendez-vous à la remise du véhicule, et entretenir des relations actives avec la clientèle.
Vous collaborez étroitement avec l’équipe de vente et assurez l’interface entre l’atelier et le client, en établissant des offres et en contrôlant l’état des véhicules. Une connaissance d’ELSA et l’anglais niveau B2 constituent des atouts.
