We are looking for a Store & Locksmith Workshop Manager to manage our stock, prepare equipment for our teams and carry out various locksmith tasks.

A true interface between suppliers, project managers, maintenance and technical teams
, you are responsible for the availability of equipment and the proper organisation of the store.

On a daily basis, you will be required to:

• Place orders with our suppliers based on requests from the installation and maintenance departments.
• Receive goods and check their conformity, quality and dimensions
  .
• Store and organise products in the designated locations.
• Gather and prepare the necessary equipment for interventions and installations within the set deadlines.
• Anticipate needs so that technicians have all the necessary equipment the day before their interventions
  .
• Manage stock levels and ensure availability according to delivery times.
• Coordinate requests from project managers and the maintenance department according to stock availability.
• Prepare various locksmith supports:
  cutting metal elements, assembly by welding and painting
  .
• Carry out simple machining tasks:
  turning and milling metal parts from plans
  .
• Manage tool and workwear allocations.
• Manage the petrol pump as well as certain building-related needs at Epalinges
  : heating oil, maintenance, skips, etc.
• Ensure administrative follow-up of operations in our ERP Navision
  .

Above all, we are looking for a reliable, structured person capable of taking responsibility
.

You are:

• Holder of a locksmith CFC
  , ideally complemented by experience in warehousing/logistics.
• With 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field
  .
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with various departments.
• Able to assert yourself diplomatically
  , enforce priorities and coordinate requests.
• Rigorous, dynamic and organised.
• Possessing a good sense of initiative and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable with IT tools, notably ERP Navision
  .
• You appreciate teamwork and enjoy being an essential link in the smooth running of the company.
