In this position, you will assist the owner and enhance the efficiency of internal processes at Volts Energies. You'll manage multiple files, facilitate communication between departments, and coordinate project timelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Support executive tasks and manage daily follow-ups
• Prepare and maintain documentation for various administrative functions
• Facilitate team meetings and internal project timelines
• Ensure clear communication between all departments
• Generate reports and assist with scheduling tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Bilingual in French and English is essential
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook applications
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
