Your responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate staff members;
-Greet customers and provide them with the necessary information;
-Process payments related to sales and services;
-Manage the cash register;
-File various documents (invoices, receipts, work orders, etc.);
-Performing certain administrative and accounting tasks (data entry, filing, etc.);
-Inventorying new cars;
-Opening and preparing files for trade-ins between dealerships;
-Organizing and planning trade-ins between dealerships in collaboration with the sales manager;

Your profile:
Experience in customer service and/or reception (experience in a car dealership is a plus);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Professional appearance and demeanor;
Proficiency with computer software;
Punctual, diligent, and organized.
Working conditions:
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week

Up to $23/hour
