Salaries typically range from $150,715 to $200,953 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive.
Location
Export Development Canada operates in a hybrid work environment, currently requiring management-level employees to work in the office 3 days per week. The Regional Vice-President (RVP), Mid-Market Business – Quebec, is a senior leadership role responsible for leading EDC’s Mid-Market Business activities across the Quebec region. Reporting into the Mid-Market Group leadership, this role has full accountability for regional strategy, business performance, people leadership, and stakeholder engagement.As the most senior EDC representative for Mid-Market Business in Quebec, the RVP will lead and develop a large, geographically dispersed team while strengthening EDC’s presence and impact across the province. Central to success in this role is a deep understanding of Quebec’s financial and business ecosystem, an established and credible regional network, and the ability to think and act strategically in a complex, matrix environment.This leader will work closely with partners across EDC and externally to ensure Quebec-based companies are well supported throughout their growth and international expansion journeys.What We Are Looking For:
