Onchain Compliance Product Manager

Manage the compliance product initiatives as the Product Manager for onchain solutions. Lead the delivery of regulatory compliance and identity management for various financial platforms.

This role involves owning the Automated Compliance Engine (ACE) strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. As a key stakeholder, you will launch ACE and support its adoption across multiple markets. Your efforts will position Chainlink as a leader in compliance infrastructure for DeFi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the long-term roadmap for ACE product development

• Scale ACE for asset issuers and DeFi adoption

• Manage identity and compliance standards across financial products

• Integrate Chainlink offerings into the compliance platform

• Position Chainlink as a compliance infrastructure leader

Requirements:

• 3–6 years experience building compliance products

• Skilled in digital asset product ownership

• In-depth knowledge of global regulatory standards

• Proven history of comprehensive product strategies

• Collaborative experience with complex blockchain systems
