As a Senior Manager within our Consulting practice, you will lead the development and delivery of recruitment and executive search services for our clients. This role combines strategic advisory, helping clients identify the right profiles with full-cycle recruitment, through to the successful onboarding of candidates within their organizations. You will also play a key role in business development and in strengthening the Firm’s reputation in the market.

Responsibilities
Recruitment and Executive Search Services for Clients:
Design and implement customized recruitment strategies for clients across various industries.Lead recruitment mandates from needs analysis through to candidate offer stage.Develop and deploy recruitment systems, tools, and processes tailored to client needs.Provide strategic advice and market intelligence on talent acquisition trends and best practices.Business Development and Client Relations:
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in recruitment services.Represent the Firm at business community events to enhance visibility.Prepare service proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients.Contribute to the Firm’s reputation as a leader in recruitment through content creation, speaking engagements, and social media presence.Team Leadership and Project Management:
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction.Mentor and coach team members.Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with rigor and efficiency.Skills and Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.Proven experience in client project management, recruitment, and executive search.Experience in building a recruitment practice is a strong asset.In-depth knowledge of the market, competitors, and pricing strategies.Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and sourcing strategies.Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and contribute to business development.Recognized leadership skills and ability to engage teams at all levels of the organization.Ability to collaborate with national and multidisciplinary teams.Strong initiative and attention to detail.Excellent communication and writing skills.Client-focused with a strong commitment to service quality.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Bilingualism (French and English).Willingness to travel as needed.
