Elevate the Technical Services team at Charles River in Laval as a Supervisor. Manage training, ensure compliance, and resolve complex challenges efficiently to maximize team productivity. In this full‑time Supervisor role, you will coach and support technical staff, fostering an environment that promotes safety and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Key Responsibilities- Ensure departmental efficiency and productivity
- Oversee technical staff training and development
- Maintain a safe working environment with all necessary resources available
- Enforce GLP compliance for procedures and equipment
- Collegial diploma in Biology, Animal Health, or related field
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in CRO or management with animal experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in French and English
- Valuable strategic vision and problem‑solving abilities
