We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading retail fixture rollouts from concept to completion, serving as the central link between internal teams and the client to ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met with clarity and confidence. This role reports to the Head of Projects and plays a key role in delivering high-performance execution, strengthening client relationships, and driving operational results.

• Own the project roadmap: drive project schedules from design to installation, ensuring all phases are aligned across estimation, design, procurement, production, and logistics.
• Client experience lead: act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive communication, clear updates, and swift problem resolution.
• Cross‑functional coordination: collaborate closely with internal departments to remove roadblocks, anticipate risks, and ensure seamless execution across the chain.
• Deficiency & change order management: identify, log, and resolve deficiencies quickly; manage change orders professionally with full traceability.
• On‑time, on‑budget, no excuses: be accountable for delivering projects that meet quality standards—on time and within budget, every time.

You have taken full ownership of active projects and built strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. You’ve demonstrated an ability to manage complex timelines, flag risks early, and provide crisp communication.

You have delivered multiple successful fixture programs from start to finish, driving efficiency, improving process flow, and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. You’ve helped shape internal SOPs and elevate the standard of project delivery at IVC.

• 5+ years in project management, ideally in manufacturing, fixtures, or construction
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field
• Experience managing national rollout programs is a strong asset
• Familiar with production timelines, supply chain coordination, and installation logistics
• Fluent in both English and French (preferred)
• Proficient in project tracking tools (ERP, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Able to travel for site visits, installations, and client meetings as needed
