Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchase orders and requisition processes
• Facilitate competitive procurement activities and documentation
• Negotiate contract terms and ensure bidder compliance
• Review claims and resolve delivery issues effectively
• Research markets to identify potential suppliers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Five years of procurement experience with three in competitive processes
• Familiarity with complex commercial contracts
• Proficient communication skills in both English and French
• Progress towards relevant professional certification desirable
