CIMA+ seeks a dedicated Business Analyst specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. In this role, you will focus on integration analysis and execution while coordinating between business and IT teams. You will play an essential role in aligning processes and systems while ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational processes of acquired entities

• Document gaps between practices and corporate standards

• Gather and document business requirements for IT teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis
