Ratehub is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the Everyday Banking portfolio, reporting directly to the Chief Product and Technology Officer. This role requires strong leadership in product strategy, AI-driven personalization, and cross-functional collaboration. Your strategic acumen will help shape the vision for financial products while tackling ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own strategy for Everyday Banking products, including loans and investments

• Set vision for AI-driven user personalization in product offerings

• Lead cross-functional teams through product backlog and delivery

• Establish success metrics to evaluate product performance

• Optimize user funnels using data and A/B testing

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in fintech

• Proven success in defining and evolving product strategies

• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Expertise in web analytics and user testing

• Ability to influence executive leadership and teams
