Elevate your career as a Senior Business Analyst focusing on Sensitive Data Management ve critical data analysis, process discovery, and data migration validation across teams.
In this pivotal senior role, you'll collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and technical stakeholders to capture and document varied requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements

• Translate requirements into implementation-ready specifications
• Create documentation including data models and decision logs
• Design validation activities for migrated data products
Requirements:
• 5+ years of business analysis experience
• Intermediate to advanced T-SQL skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
