Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Designer & Merchandiser, located in Montreal, QC. The role involves creating technical designs, artworks, recoloring sketches & boards, and working in liaison with the NY sales office to prepare customer presentations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Technical Design and Garment Construction
- Proficiency with design software and tools, such as Adobe AI and PSD is required
- Knowledge of industry-standard fashion design principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (Mandarin is a plus!)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Follow direction, but also a free thinker!
- Degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or product development
This is a full-time, in-house role. It is open to individuals living in Montreal, Quebec who ALREADY hold a right to work in Canada.
