As part of the Department of Culture, Recreation, Sports and Social Development, you will ensure compliance and coordination in financial tasks. The position demands strong planning and analytical skills and involves mentoring staff, developing training programs, and preparing the yearly budget. Your expertise will drive impactful improvements in service delivery and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Service expenditures including budget and PTI management
• Generate financial analyses and year-end reports
• Develop policy drafts and ensure compliance
• Create training programs in relevant areas
• Advise on best practices in financial management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in administration with accounting concentration
• Graduate diploma in public accounting
• CPA Order membership is necessary
• Six years of relevant experience in budgeting and contracts
• Ability to foster collaboration and client relations
