In this role, reporting to the Finance and Accounting Managers, you will prepare financial statements while managing rental income collections and assisting with property operating budgets. Your expertise will be crucial for ensuring compliance with TSX-V reporting standards and enhancing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quarterly and annual financial statements

• Reconcile various account balances with thorough investigations

• Oversee the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable

• Provide insights for optimizing accounting practices

• Assist in financial budgeting and forecasting efforts

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree equivalent to Finance or Accounting

• CPA in progress or attained

• 3-4 years of accounting experience

• Strong grasp of Canadian GAAP and IFRS

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
