• Deliver 1C control execution and reporting in a timely manner.
• Ensure control integrity of data throughout reporting production (trackers, checklists, governance decks).
• Follow bank policies and procedures as USDCP P&P Custodian, performing bi‑weekly procedure cascade monitoring and quality reviews when prompted.
• Monitor mandatory training for USDCP staff with a breach prevention focus.
• Provide monthly Key Risk Indicator (KRI) monitoring and control reporting to senior management and/or TOPC.
• Produce ad‑hoc reporting and controls on request from senior USDCP management.
• Prepare preliminary OPC Management Meeting governance documentation, deliver monthly OPC control results to senior management, minute meetings, and leverage control results for USD Clearing OpCo and Sub ICC.
• Assist with other components of the OPC mandate as needed.

• Approximately 5 years of experience in an audit or control role.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mathematics, finance, or related business discipline.
• Strong knowledge of the financial/banking industry and general banking operations.
• Knowledge of payment operations (SWIFT, CHIPS, FED, correspondent banking) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced spreadsheet and database skills.
• Robust problem‑solving and quantitative analytical skills.
• High ethical standards.
