Position: Senior Analyst Client Onboarding )

Your Role

  • Serve diverse clientele including institutional clients and portfolio managers across securities custody, institutional asset management, pension plans, and ETFs.
  • Support clients through significant life events such as onboarding, portfolio manager transitions, and client departures.
  • Participate in client integrations and change initiatives, collaborating closely with clients, portfolio managers, account managers, and operational teams.
  • Work in partnership with operational teams to ensure flawless execution of activities and deliver a consistently top‑tier client experience.
  • Assist team members with planning, coordination, and deadline management to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, documentation, and standardisation of team processes.
  • Support training initiatives and act as a subject‑matter resource, helping colleagues deepen their expertise and achieve professional objectives.
  • Play an active role in problem‑solving, proposing pragmatic and effective solutions to meet business and client needs.

Prerequisites
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the financial sector working with clients and back office support.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the securities industry including operations and settlements.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Strong professional judgment, autonomy, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to act as a subject‑matter expert and provide advisory support to internal partners.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools; experience using Copilot is an asset.
